A Sacred, 10-Week Breathwork Journey

Over the course of ten sacred weeks, you will enter a devoted breathwork practice designed to gently unravel what has been held, heal what has been hidden, and awaken the deeper wisdom of your soul. This is not simply a class or a sequence of sessions — it is a guided initiation into the power of your own breath, your inner light, and the divine intelligence within your body.

Throughout these ten weeks, you will be guided through breathwork blended with movement, meditation, sound, intuitive touch, and emotional release techniques. I was blessed to have a breathwork session with Heather during a difficult time in my life. Both my parents are elderly and have Dementia/Alzheimer's. It is very stressful making sure all of their comfort and needs are being met.

I was greeted by Heather with a warm and welcoming energy when I arrived to my appointment. Immediately, I felt relaxed and comfortable. She had me sit down across from her, and offered me some water. We started to talk and she asked me questions. There was no embarrassment on my part to share with her (and this is huge for me).

After a while we went into her amazing healing room. The energy of the room was such a bright and high vibration. It was like the beginning of a beautiful meditation.

She sat on the floor next to me and walked me through the breathing process. I was so relaxed and was able to release some feelings that were holding me back. It was very gentle, yet powerful. A beautiful high vibrational feminine energy.
