My personal favorite and one that I incorporate into my everyday life is the use of animal medicine, totems, and spirits; therefore, I am offering these to my clients as well. I have found within most scriptures and mythologies of the world that the Divine speaks to us through the natural world. Animals are pure in spirit and can give you insight into how to live your life, but you must first learn their language. According to Ted Andrews, “Every animal is a gateway to the phenomenal world of the human spirit.” For instance, crows call to me every morning, hawk and eagle watch over me whether at home or when I travel, the hummingbird reminds me to see the joy in life, and bear teaches me how to mother while awakening my intuition, wisdom and strength.
